Moving with the freedom, connectivity and persistence of water. Dynamic Expansion™ workshop Shannon Cooney Dynamic Expansion takes a meditative and movement approach to connect with one’s Fluid Body grounded in Craniosacral movement and stillness. With guided sensorial scores, images and practices we investigate freedom of movement in a range of dynamics connected to Water in Nature within ourselves. The dance of the fluid body is phenomenally centered and grounded in autonomous practice; it is scored improvisations, which leads to dancing with others in non-contact. Within this movement we learn Moveable Cinema, the practice of seeing/feeling so that we can be in sensation and in the felt sense of the visual field while we dance.
