In summer, Zurich really turns up the heat: In August, electronic sounds make the city vibrate, love-mobiles roll along the lake basin and hundreds of thousands dance in the streets of Zurich. The Street Parade is the biggest techno party in the world and an undisputed highlight in Zurich's event calendar. From Thursday evening until early Monday morning, around 80 large and small parties take place throughout the city and agglomeration of Zurich.
